Joanna Marek

Specializes in competition and consumer protection law. Represents clients in proceedings concerning the infringement of collective consumer interests, the use of unfair contractual terms, and competition-restricting practices before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the Court of Appeal. Supports clients during dawn raids and inspections conducted by UOKiK, and provides ongoing advisory services in the area of consumer protection regulations and competition law.

Throughout her practice, Joanna has advised businesses operating across a variety of sectors, including e-commerce, automotive, financial services, FMCG, logistics, household appliances, and cosmetics.
