Advises shareholders of listed companies and investors on tender offers, squeeze-outs, and ABB and OTC transactions. Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the National Depository for Securities (KDPW), and the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). Assists listed companies and their shareholders in complex corporate disputes. Participates in M&A transactions and restructurings involving listed companies.

Frequently speaks at industry conferences and training sessions. Lectures in postgraduate programs at the Warsaw University of Technology, focusing on the role of supervisory boards.
