Has been involved in delisting processes, squeeze-outs and buybacks of public companies’ shares. Advises issuers listed on the regulated market on corporate matters, compliance with public company disclosure obligations, and the structuring and implementation of incentive programs.

Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and the National Depository for Securities.
