Katarzyna Olędzka

Advises Polish and international clients on matters relating to consumer protection, competition law, and merger control. Her experience includes advising companies operating in various market sectors, including e-commerce, food, cosmetics, aviation, household appliances, chemicals, automotive, fuel, and IT services.

Has extensive experience in advising clients on the compliance of their operations with competition law, issues relating to commercial contracts (including cooperation and distribution agreements), and pricing and marketing strategies. She has been involved in working groups providing comments on draft legislation concerning competition and consumer protection.
