Possesses more than 10 years’ experience advising Polish and international employers on labor law and social security. Supports HR teams with end-to-end employment matters, from hiring strategy and optimal engagement models to working time, pay and incentive schemes, terminations and employee benefits, translating business needs into compliant, practical solutions and implementing global HR policies locally.

Advises on the labor aspects of M&As and due diligences, and leads workplace transition projects, helping clients manage change smoothly. Supports the implementation of Employee Capital Plans (PPK) and Employee Pension Schemes (PPE). When disputes arise, represents employers before labor courts, including matters involving discrimination, personal rights, and employment termination.

Katarzyna’s MBA allows her to combine legal insight with a business mindset. Also advises on the “S” in ESG, i.e., social, supporting organizations in building sustainable, future-ready HR.
