Has experience in providing legal advice on the construction and modernization of new energy sources, both conventional and renewable (wind and solar farms, BESS, gas-fired and coal-fired combined heat and power plants, and waste-to-energy plants). Participates in M&A transactions in the energy and mining sectors, representing buyers, sellers, investors, and JV partners. Supports the implementation of industrial (greenfield) projects in special economic zones.

Serves as Officer (Newsletter Editor) of the Power Law Committee of the International Bar Association, and is a member of the Energy Law Group. Is an expert recognized in international legal rankings, including the Legal 500 and IFLR1000.
