Has extensive experience in handling M&A transactions at all stages, including the coordination of comprehensive due diligence reviews. Advises clients on matters related to conducting business activities in Poland, with a particular focus on entrepreneurs from German-speaking countries.

Previously gained professional experience at a renowned international law firm and through internships at Warsaw-based law firms. Also completed an internship in the legal department of a leading German insurance company in Munich.
