Has extensive experience in advising on public offers and the listing of securities on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) and the NewConnect market, as well as advising public companies on disclosure obligations and the implementation of incentive programs. Provides ongoing corporate support to companies (including public companies) and advises clients on corporate reorganization and restructuring processes, including transformations, mergers, and demergers of companies.

Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
