His area of specialization covers a wide range of cases. A significant part of his scope of practice is corporate disputes, which he has been dealing with for more than ten years. He has advised on multifaceted corporate disputes in public companies, other corporations, or partnerships. He has acted as an attorney, among other things, in court proceedings concerning challenges to resolutions of bodies of capital companies, as well as other proceedings related to a corporate dispute that has arisen in a company. He represented both companies, shareholders or partners and members of bodies. He has also advised on the preparation of multi-faceted strategies for handling such disputes at all stages of the dispute that has arisen.

His experience also includes handling other commercial matters, including the enforcement of claims under commercial contracts, as well as advising and representing clients in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.
