Regularly counsels businesses on unfair competition and advertising law. Appears before the common and administrative courts, the Polish Patent Office, EUIPO, and the CJEU, and is a registered attorney before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Drafts and negotiates complex technology transfer agreements and R&D contracts, and advises entrepreneurs on innovation protection strategies and employee inventiveness. Guides clients through cross-border projects involving technology transfer and the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Consistently recognized in leading international intellectual property rankings, including Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Legal 500, IAM Patent 1000, and WTR 1000. Is an active member of prominent international organizations dedicated to intellectual property protection, including INTA, AIPPI, and ECTA.
