Participates in due diligence processes and M&A transactions in relation to employment matters and supports employers in collective redundancy procedures. Drafts regulations, policies, and other internal company rules. Deals with issues relating to remote working, company social benefit funds, and the Employee Capital Scheme (PPK). Advises employers on relations with trade unions. Represents employers before the employment courts.
