Leads strategically important projects, supporting key financial sector entities in implementing groundbreaking and innovative services, and representing clients in high-profile, precedent-setting proceedings before the CJEU, Polish courts, and regulatory authorities.
Advises banks and other financial institutions, including FinTechs. Has led numerous implementation processes, including those related to PSD2, PAD, EMD2, CCD, AMLD 3, 4, and 5, and DORA. Advises on compliance processes. Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIIF), the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), and the Financial Ombudsman, including enforcement proceedings.
Holds a Ph.D. in Law (University of Warsaw) and is a certified Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Officer. Is a member of the Association for New Technologies Law (SPNT). Has received numerous individual distinctions in prestigious international rankings, including the Legal 500 and Chambers FinTech Legal. In 2024, was awarded the Nicolaus Copernicus Medal by the Polish Bank Association for his contribution to the development and safe operation of banks in Poland.
