Michał Wach

Specializes in representing clients in proceedings before common and arbitration courts, including proceedings before the ICC International Court of Arbitration and VIAC. Has extensive experience in handling unfair competition cases, corporate disputes, and real estate disputes. His practice, however, focuses on construction disputes, in particular, disputes arising from the execution of major infrastructure projects.

Is a member of the Society of Construction Law Poland, and has been recommended by the Legal 500 in the Dispute Resolution category.
