Specializes in intellectual property law, particularly in the area of industrial property law, including trademarks, industrial designs, patent law, and suppressing unfair competition. Manages the intellectual property portfolios of domestic and international clients, and represents them in prosecution and contentious proceedings before the Polish Patent Office (PPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Has extensive experience representing clients before the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, as well as in litigation concerning intellectual property infringement. Handles domain name disputes before both the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and the Court of Arbitration for Internet Domain Names at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT).

Is an active member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and serves on its Standing Committee on Geographical Indications.
