Advises clients on capital reorganizations (including mergers and company transformations), as well as on transactions involving the sale of real estate, shares and equity interests. Participates in tax proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. Has extensive experience in providing legal and tax advice on the establishment and operation of family foundations.

Co-authored articles on tax law published in, among others, Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. Fluent in Polish, English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
