Specializes in advising domestic and international businesses on taxes and public-law duties in Poland, with a particular focus on indirect taxes, including customs duties, and excise taxes. Develops and implements strategies for asset acquisition and reorganization in accordance with local conditions, and with the aim of optimizing operating costs. Leads a number of tax proceedings as lead litigation counsel in many of the highest-value tax disputes in Poland.

Was named the best tax advisor in the VAT category in the tax advisor rankings published by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. Together with his team, was awarded the titles of “Leader in Tax Advisory Services for Transactions” and “Leader in Innovation” for developing the VAT carousel detector – an algorithm assessing companies’ risk of exposure to tax fraud by their business partners – in the tax advisory firm rankings by Dziennik Rzeczpospolita.

Individually recommended multiple times in the VAT category in the international tax ranking The International Tax Review, and, together with his team, is regularly recommended as a leading lawyer in international rankings such as Chambers & Partners and the Legal500.
