He advises global and regional multinational companies, REITs, private equity funds, family offices and foreign investors on real estate investments across a broad range of sectors, including logistics, data centers, offices, student housing (PBSA), residential, shopping centers, retail chains and hotels.

Has extensive experience in large-scale FDI greenfield projects, including some of the largest industrial and logistics developments in Poland. He advises blue-chip US, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Korean companies across a broad range of sectors, including automotive, semiconductors, retail, e-commerce, food manufacturing, chemicals, aviation and R&D.

Handles transactions for the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate, as well as joint ventures and co-investment structures. Provides comprehensive advice on development projects throughout the design, tendering, zoning, permitting and construction phases, including the negotiation of design and construction contracts (FIDIC and non-FIDIC) and development agreements.
