Robert Gawałkiewicz

Focuses on advising on broadly defined commercial, corporate, and M&A law. Advises Polish and international clients on matters related to domestic and international trade, as well as on transactions and restructurings across various business sectors, including the broadly defined manufacturing, agricultural, and FMCG sectors; media and healthcare in a broad sense, distribution and service activities, as well as in corporate and arbitration disputes.

Due to his postgraduate studies in German commercial law at the University of Bonn under the supervision of Prof. Marcus Lutter, also leads SK&S’ team of lawyers handling transactions and matters involving businesses from German-speaking countries (SK&S’ German Desk).

Is an arbitrator listed on the roster of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and has authored publications in the field of commercial law.
