She specializes in data protection, artificial intelligence, and new technologies. She completed postgraduate studies in “Data Protection Officer” at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She advises clients on a broad range of data protection and new technology law matters. She drafts and adapts documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements, prepares legal opinions, and provides ongoing advice on privacy, AI, and emerging technology matters. Her work includes advising on international data transfers, conducting LIAs, DPIAs, and TIAs, as well as preparing, reviewing, and negotiating data protection agreements. Sandra handles personal data breaches, including cross-border incidents, and supports clients in responding to data subject requests.

Her practice also encompasses advising on the implementation and use of AI and cloud services, particularly on compliance with the GDPR, the AI Act, and the Data Act. This includes the analysis of AI and cloud service providers’ contractual frameworks, privacy and security aspects, and other applicable regulatory requirements. She also advises on AI governance and the responsible use of AI. She also conducts comprehensive compliance audits and GDPR implementation projects for large organizations and corporate groups and has experience in due diligence projects and transaction documentation.

Sandra is the author of academic and industry publications on data protection and new technologies, including AI. She is also a lecturer on the postgraduate program in “New Technologies Law – Business and Public Sector Practice” at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź and a speaker at industry conferences.
