Conducts legitimate interest assessments (LIAs), data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), and transfer impact assessments (TIAs), as well as preparing, reviewing, and negotiating data protection agreements. Handles personal data breaches, including cross-border incidents, and supports clients in response to data subject requests. Also focuses on the responsible use of artificial intelligence, particularly in the context of the AI Act’s requirements. In addition, conducts comprehensive compliance audits and GDPR implementation projects for large organizations and corporate groups and has transactional experience encompassing due diligence and preparing transaction documentation.
