Specializes in data protection law, new technologies, IT, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce.

Advises on complex IT and technology projects, ranging from IT implementations, through licensing issues and the transfer of technology, to copyright and e-commerce. Supports clients in projects involving the use of artificial intelligence, and the sharing of data generated by devices.

In the area of personal data protection, offers comprehensive support. Serves as a Data Protection Officer, represents businesses before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, conducts GDPR compliance audits, and advises on day-to-day issues related to the processing of personal data, including in employment relationships and data transfers. Assists clients in enforcing the rights of data subjects and managing personal data breaches. Has transactional experience in the areas of personal data and intellectual property.

A member of the New Technologies Law Association. Teaches postgraduate studies at Łazarski Executive Education, and regularly speaks at professional training events. Heads SK&S’ Katowice office.
