Specializes in energy law and comprehensive legal advisory for projects in the conventional and renewable energy sectors, including in the areas of electricity, fuels, and heat.
Has extensive experience in negotiating key agreements for the implementation of energy investments, including agreements related to the development and commercialization of energy projects (DSA, EPC, LTSA, PPA, Storage Services Agreements, and Heat Offtake Agreements). Advises investors, project developers, and financial institutions at all stages of project implementation, from development, through financing and construction, to operation. Handled approximately a hundred proceeding before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, as well as within appeals against decisions of this authority (including before the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court, and the Court of Justice). Represents clients in disputes arising from the agreements concluded on the energy market and in cases concerning abuse of dominant position within the energy market (private enforcement).
Authored numerous publications on energy law. Speaks at industry conferences on energy transition and the development of the PPA market in Poland. Lectures on "Electricity Market Regulation" as part of the Postgraduate School of Nuclear Energy at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
