Specializes in pursuing claims arising from acts of unfair competition, and seeking damages for breaches of competition law (private enforcement). Assists clients in disputes with the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection concerning practices infringing collective consumer interests, the unfair exploitation of contractual advantage, and breaches of competition law.

Handles civil disputes concerning, amongst others, claims for damages, including environmental damage, and claims arising from commercial contracts. Experienced in advising clients both at the pre-litigation stage and at every stage of proceedings, including the preparation of applications for interim relief. Was part of the team that secured interim relief in the landmark case of Ceneo v. Google.
