Is active in numerous financing processes, including project finance in the energy, real estate, and logistics sectors. Acts on behalf of both financing entities (banks and other financial institutions) and borrowers. His advisory services also cover the restructuring of existing financing.

Participates in complex corporate reorganization processes: mergers, demergers and transformations, including cross-border transactions.
