Advises clients throughout the full project lifecycle, from structuring and permitting to execution and dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on energy regulation and administrative monetary penalties.

Represents investors, contractors, and energy-sector entities in complex commercial and administrative proceedings, including high-stakes construction disputes (FIDIC and non-FIDIC) and regulatory enforcement matters regarding mining, energy, waste management, and competition (late-payment backlogs).

Co-leads SK&S’ Infrastructure, Energy, and Environment Department, and heads SK&S' Poznań office.

Frequently speaks and moderates at industry events. A published author, including co-authoring a leading commentary on the Waste Act (administrative monetary penalties). Previously held senior roles at Ernst & Young (Tax & Legal) and led KPMG’s legal and tax practices in Poznań.
