Sławomir Stawczyk joins Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlęzak and strengthens the team

In December 2024, Sławomir Stawczyk joined Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. He is an attorney-at-law specializing in banking, finance, corporate law, and capital markets law. Stawczyk had previously worked with the firm between 2016 and 2019.

Prior to joining SK&S, Sławomir Stawczyk served as Deputy President of the Management Board of the Bank Guarantee Fund, where he supervised key departments. Prior to that, he was the director of the legal department at ING Bank Śląski for many years. During his professional career, he chaired the Banking Law Council at the Polish Bank Association, served as a judge of the Stock Exchange Court of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and was a member of the Banking Ethics Committee and the Banking Arbitrator Council at the Polish Bank Association. Mr. Stawczyk has received numerous awards, including the Gold Badge for services to banking and the Gold and Silver Crosses of Merit awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland.

He will advise the firm's clients, particularly in the areas of banking, finance, and matters concerning listed companies.
