Sławomir Stawczyk

Specializes in banking, finance, corporate law and capital markets. He particularly advises in the areas of banking, finance, stock exchange company matters and capital markets law.

Served as Deputy President of the Management Board of the Bank Guarantee Fund, where he supervised key departments. Prior to that, he was the Head of the Legal Department at ING Bank Śląski for many years. During his career, he chaired the Banking Law Council at the Polish Bank Association (ZBP), served as a judge of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Court, and was a member of the Banking Ethics Commission and the Council of Bank Arbitrators at the ZBP. In addition, he was the Head of the Commercial and Specialized Banking Department of the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and Deputy President of the Management Board of the Bank Guarantee Fund. He has received various distinctions, including the Golden Badge for Meritorious Service to Banking and the Golden and Silver Crosses of Merit awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland.
