SK&S advised PKO Bank Polski on two groundbreaking projects integrating banking into e-commerce

PKO Bank Polski and Allegro announced a unique partnership introducing an innovative payment method with cashback and simplified business financing based on turnover – eliminating unnecessary formalities.

The companies aim to reach over 2 million individual customers and provide PLN 1.5 billion in financing to 20,000 entrepreneurs within the next three years.

Two new services – Allegro Klik and a new loan under Allegro Kapitał – will launch later in 2025. This collaboration integrates the systems of Poland’s largest bank and the most popular shopping platform, significantly shortening payment processes for everyday purchases and simplifying access to financing for businesses.
