Agnieszka Jurcewicz-Androsz

Specializes in data protection law, access to non-personal data, and new technologies law. Regularly supports clients in preparing and adapting documentation required under the GDPR, including data processing agreements, data protection policies, privacy notices, and legal opinions related to privacy. Has experience in conducting GDPR compliance audits and implementing comprehensive data protection systems. Advises on day-to-day matters related to personal data processing, in particular, in employment-related contexts, data transfers, and data breaches. Regularly supports clients from the financial sector in building compliant data processing frameworks.

Also advises on the implementation and practical deployment of the NIS2 Directive, including identifying regulatory obligations, assessing risks, and designing solutions compliant with cybersecurity requirements. In addition, supports clients in implementing the Data Act, in particular, concerning data-sharing obligations related to connected products and related services. Assists clients in identifying obligations arising from new regulations, analyzing legal risks, and designing compliant information obligations and agreements for voluntary and mandatory data sharing.
