SK&S M&A team advised Nordkalk sp. z o.o. – a leading supplier of limestone-based products and solutions, being a member of SigmaRoc PLC Group – in sale of limestone milling plant located in Szczecin harbor to Lafarge Kruszywa i Beton sp. z o.o. – being a member of Holcim Group, the world's leading manufacturer of innovative and sustainable building solutions.

Nordkalk supplies the raw materials necessary for a wide range of industries such as construction, road building, agriculture, metallurgy, power generation, glassmaking and sugar, while taking care of clean air, water and fertile soil. In Poland Nordkalk operates in the production facilities located in Wolica, Sławno and Miedzianka.
