Michał Dawidowicz

Specializes in civil law and company law. Has extensive experience in advising on national and international mergers and acquisitions, complex joint venture projects, and restructuring processes, including company transformations, mergers, and demergers. He also provides ongoing corporate support to Polish and foreign clients in connection with establishing and conducting business operations in Poland.

Advises clients across a wide range of industries with a particular focus on IT/software, life science and healthcare, waste processing, and production-heavy businesses.

He is an active member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats – the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), and is a recommended lawyer in the field of “Commercial, Corporate and M&A” in the international Legal 500 ranking.

Advised a Los Angeles-based private equity fund on the sale of a group, including a Polish company, through a strategic merger with a group specializing in image recognition technology, backed by a financial investor. Advised a global leader in transforming food waste into sustainable products and a renewable energy producer, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, on the acquisition of a 100% shareholding in a Polish company specializing in the processing of animal by-products for approximately EUR 110 million, and on several other transactions in Poland. Advised a global leader in prosthetic restorations and orthodontic solutions on the acquisition of a 100% shareholding in a company that distributes orthodontic products.
