The SK&S M&A team advised Straumann Holding AG – a global leader in tooth replacement and orthodontic solutions – on the acquisition of 100% shares in Schmidt Dental sp. z o.o., a distributor of dental products.

Straumann unites global and international brands that specialize in restorative, prosthetic, corrective and digital dentistry, including Anthogyr, ClearCorrect, Dental Wings, Medentika, Neodent, NUVO, Straumann and other fully or partly controlled companies and partners.

Straumann was represented by the SK&S M&A team, which consisted of Michał Dawidowicz (Senior Associate) and Marcin Gutkowski (Associate), supervised by Tomasz Kański (Partner), plus attorneys from other departments - Szymon Czerwiński (Senior Counsel), as well as Krzysztof Kanton (Partner) and Maciej Żelewski (Senior Associate) from the antitrust department.
