Has experience in tax, social security, and employment law matters, including employee incentive programs (such as employee share schemes), employee benefits, and global mobility. Advises on the design and implementation of employment and remuneration models, including structures based on copyright-related tax reliefs and the IP Box regime. Conducts tax audits and reviews in the area of personal income tax (PIT) and social security.
