Specializes in financial services regulation and new technology law.

Advises clients on the design and implementation of innovative products in the areas of payment services and consumer finance, as well as on negotiating agreements for key business projects. Represents financial institutions in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the National Bank of Poland (NBP), and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Has supported the financial sector in the implementation of key financial market regulations, e.g. DORA, PSD2, AML, the AI Act, and GDPR. Designed solutions in the areas of customer authentication, digital identity, and biometrics. Advised on licensing proceedings, the cross-border provision of services, outsourcing, and internal audits.

Speaks at major industry conferences. Individually ranked in Chambers and Partners Fintech (2026) and the Legal 500 (TMT 2021–2022, Banking & Finance 2022–2026). Awarded the Nicolaus Copernicus Medal of the Polish Bank Association for outstanding contributions to the development of the banking sector (2024).
