Specializes in the regulation of financial services, primarily banking and payment services, as well as new technologies in the financial sector (FinTech) and consumer finance.

Deals with issues related to the establishment and operation of Polish and foreign entities in the banking, payment, and brokerage services sectors. Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), including licensing matters and cases concerning the acquisition of significant shareholdings in Polish regulated entities.

Has been individually recognized in international legal rankings (Band 1 in Chambers Fintech Legal, Band 2 in Chambers Financial Services Regulation, Next Generation Partner in the Legal500, and Highly Regarded in IFLR1000). Has received honorary awards from the Polish Bank Association (2023) and the Nicolaus Copernicus Medal (2024) for outstanding contributions to the development of the banking sector.

Is a member of the Association for New Technology Law. Authored academic publications and co-authored the largest commentary on the Payment Services Act on the Polish market (C.H.Beck 2024) and on Banking Law (C.H.Beck 2025).
