Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), including those involving the acquisition of significant stakes in regulated entities.

Advises banks as well as other financial sector institutions, issuers and public companies. Furthermore, he participates in the legal support of transactions and the resolution of corporate disputes.
