Katarzyna Paczuska-Tokarska

Specializes in representing clients before the ordinary courts, arbitration tribunals, and in mediation proceedings, as well as before the administrative courts.

Has many years of comprehensive experience in advising clients at all stages of a dispute, ranging from strategic advice and preparing documentation, to safeguarding clients’ interests, through to assessing litigation prospects and risk evaluation, to evaluating settlement proposals, mediation, and the conduct of litigation proceedings. Has experience covering complex infrastructure projects, post-M&A disputes, corporate disputes, and disputes arising from commercial contracts. Is a highly regarded specialist in advising clients in the railway sector.

Teaches a postgraduate program at the Warsaw University of Technology (Executive MBA 2025–2027).

She is an arbitrator on the list of arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
