Marta Kupczak-Strzelecka

Specializes in regulations governing the internet, media, and electronic communications sectors; competition law and consumer protection. Provides legal support during legislative processes. Represents clients in regulatory disputes with the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT), the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE), and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Assists AI technology providers and e-commerce clients with regulatory issues arising from consumer protection laws, the DSA, the GPSR, the European Accessibility Act, and the NIS-2 Directive.

Is an accredited expert of the National Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications (KIGEiT), the leading industry organization in Poland’s telecommunications sector, and speaks at industry conferences organized by the Time Economic Forum and PIKE. Is also a member of the New Technologies Law Association and has authored a number of publications in the New Technologies Law Quarterly, published in collaboration with Beck.
