Advised an insurance company based in the Netherlands on the acquisition of the Polish insurance company, an investment fund company and a universal pension fund company, which formed part of a larger transaction also involving, amongst others, Greek entities. The value of the transaction was estimated at EUR 584 million
Advised a Spanish private equity fund on the acquisition of a majority stake in Polish distributor of dental products and on the establishment of a strategic partnership within a joint venture
Advised a leading student accommodation platform in continental Europe on the Polish aspects of the acquisition of over 5,000 flats for a total of EUR 939 million in Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Poland
