Specializes in tax law, including restructurings, financings, M&A transactions, and international tax planning. Advises on foreign exchange, and customs and excise law. Provides services to clients in the FMCG, real estate, RES, and new technology sectors, among others. Has been involved in a number of restructuring projects, including with foreign vehicles such as trusts, family foundations, and holding companies. Represents clients in disputes with tax authorities, including before administrative courts, as well as before common courts in social security matters. Is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Lectures on tax law at the Center for Postgraduate Education at Lazarski University and at the Postgraduate Program in Retail Business Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Authored numerous articles and other publications on tax issues. In addition, has been repeatedly recognized in national and international rankings as a tax expert.
