Szymon Gogulski

Head of the intellectual property law practice. Represents clients in cases involving the protection of patents, trademarks, industrial designs, business secrets, and copyrights. Has an extensive experience in unfair competition issues and advertising law. Negotiates agreements concerning intellectual property rights, including technology transfer transactions and coexistence of signs agreements. Deals with corporate and civil law issues.

He is an arbitrator in the Court of Arbitration for Internet Domains at the PIIiT and the PCC, as well as in the EU Arbitration Court resolving disputes concerning EU domains. Member of several international associations active in the field of intellectual property protection (e.g. INTA, ECTA, AIPPI, and EuroIT). Has been selected as an auditor of EUIPO's Community Design Invalidity Decisions under the SQAP program.

For many years, he has received high recommendations in renowned world rankings such as IAM Patent 1000, WTR1000, IP Stars, Chambers, and Legal500.
