Experienced in representing clients in administrative and court proceedings. Advises clients on matters concerning environmental law, including industrial emissions, waste, noise, odor nuisance, wastewater, packaging, electrical and electronic equipment, and other environmental compliance issues (domestic and EU, e.g.: REACH, EU ETS, and CBAM) and water law (e.g., water permits). Advises clients on matters related to real estate (tenement buildings and residential developments) and infrastructure investments, including data centers, roads, power lines, and renewable energy sources (photovoltaics, wind energy, and energy storage). Supports clients in matters related to real estate transactions and in preparing properties for development (greenfield, brownfield).
Speaks at numerous training courses and conferences. Authored the leading commentary to the Waste Act, and authored numerous articles in Rzeczpospolita on construction law and environmental law.
