Dr. Mateusz Irmiński

Specializes in resolving commercial disputes, competition and consumer law disputes, disputes with the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, administrative disputes in regulatory areas (Office of Electronic Communications, Financial Supervision Authority), and European Union law.

Experienced in representing clients before all types of state courts in Poland, as well as in arbitration disputes and proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Represents clients in disputes at the intersection of private and public law, in cross-border disputes, including those concerning the enforcement of awards issued in international commercial arbitration, and in disputes regarding damages for competition law violations, including in the areas of e-commerce.

A member of the Competition Law Association. Has taught courses on European Union law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
