Maciej Żelewski

Specializes in competition and consumer law, as well as sector-specific regulations, including pharmaceutical regulations.

Represents clients before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the courts, and other state administrative bodies in cases concerning anti-competitive agreements, abuse of a dominant position, consumer protection, and merger control. Assists in proceedings concerning claims for damages arising from breaches of competition law.

Provides compliance advice, including on designing and implementing compliance systems. Has led and managed internal investigations and forensic audits, including in the field of competition law.

Served as a non-governmental adviser to the European Commission's Directorate-General for Competition at the International Competition Network.
